FRAGMENT
Fragmented digital monument envisions a near dystopian future where humanity is entangled in a relentless, AI-driven social system. In this world, individuals are no longer self-aware beings but rather data points within a hyper-surveilled, corporate-controlled structure, dictated by relentless algorithms and fragmented, overstimulating content. Society’s elites wield omnipotent power through digital manipulation, while the masses serve as extensions of this oppressive structure of calculated social engineering, leaving individuals overstimulated, brainwashed and following systematically predefined path without ability to act differently
The title Fragment refers to media content that is disjointed, fragmented, or displayed in chaotic, overlapping segments instead of in a cohesive, linear format. It reflects the idea of information overload and the breakdown of meaningful communication under the relentless flow of algorithm-driven content, leaving individuals trapped in an endless cycle of productivity and consumption, with artificially implanted dreams, desires, and fears. This piece invites viewers to confront a world where personal agency dissolves, leaving behind only ghostly echoes of individuality in the wake of surveillance, control and cheap dopamine spikes
